Insurance
Many people have dental insurance that reimburses them for some expenses. There are many differences in the benefits provided by different plans. Most traditional insurance plans are accepted and filed for you as a courtesy. Our staff will be happy to help you understand your plan and achieve your maximum benefit. To help you please bring your insurance card and information to each visit.
Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance plan. No insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs, not even companies that offer “full pay” plans. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or any balance not paid by your insurance. We will make every effort to accurately estimate what portion of treatment is covered by your insurance prior to treatment. The balances are due and payable at the time of each treatment visit.
The American Dental Association recommends Fluoride treatments twice a year for your child's teeth. Please be aware that your insurance company may only pay for this treatment once a year.
End of Year Benefits Approaching
Unlike medical benefits, dental benefits are annually renewed and do not roll-over into the next year. Any unused benefits for the year are forfeited to the insurance company. We recommend you schedule all your dental appointments now to utilize your earned benefits and complete all treatment before your benefits are up. Please be reminded that our schedule fills up fast with people taking advantage of their end of year benefits, so don't delay.
